Registration of Copyrights. Borrower will not register any Copyrights without giving Bank prior written notice.
Registration of Copyrights. WordCruncher may register the copyright(s) to the Deliverables with the U.S. Copyright Office. Sierra shall cooperate in all respects with the reasonable requests of WordCruncher necessary to facilitate such registration.

Within 90 days from the date hereof, Borrower shall have taken all necessary actions in order to register with the United States Copyright Office all Collateral comprising copyrightable subject matter (the "Copyrightable Collateral") relating to accounts and Borrower shall execute and deliver to Silicon all documentation that Silicon deems necessary or desirable in order to perfect its security interest in accounts relating to the Copyrightable Collateral; Borrower shall provide to Silicon evidence of all filings relating to the registration of the Copyrightable Collateral. Failure to perform the above shall constitute an Event of Default hereunder. The time periods referenced herein relate only to the actions that Borrower undertakes and not to the processing time of the United States Copyright Office relating thereto. (4)
Registration of Copyrights. Altiris may register the copyright(s) to the Contract Property with the U.S. Copyright Office and/or any other applicable government agencies, entities or offices in any and all countries and jurisdictions. Previo shall cooperate in all respects with the reasonable requests of Altiris necessary to facilitate such registration.
Registration of Copyrights. While any Obligations remain outstanding, Borrower shall not register any software or other materials owned on the date hereof or developed or acquired by Borrower hereafter from time to time, or any revisions or upgrades thereto, with the United States Copyright Office without giving thirty (30) days prior written notice to Lenders of Borrower's intent to do so and filing simultaneously with any such application for registration a short form security agreement or other document provided by Lenders in order to maintain Lenders' perfection and priority in such materials to be registered with the United States Copyright Office. Borrower shall promptly provide Lenders with copies of all applications for registrations filed by Borrower with the United States Copyright Office.
Registration of Copyrights. The Company agrees to file in the United States Copyright Office, on or prior to November 20, 1998, applications to register the copyrights in the material unregistered computer software programs identified on Schedule 1(c) (which shall include all such computer software programs except the software licensed from Xxxxxx Aircraft). The Company shall provide to the Collateral Agent proof of the submission of such applications promptly after such submission thereof, so that the Collateral Agent may record its Lien in the United States Copyright Office against such applications. The Company shall further advise the Collateral Agent of the issuance of any and all registrations in respect thereof, along with the related registration numbers, promptly upon the issuance of such registrations, so that the Collateral Agent may record evidence of its lien in the United States Copyright Office against such registrations.

At Lender's request, Borrower shall register or cause to be registered with the United States Copyright Office any software (material to the business of Borrower) developed or acquired by Borrower in connection with any product developed or acquired for sale or licensing.

On or prior to October 15, 1998, Borrower shall register the copyrights of its material software with the Copyright Office and shall give Lender written notice of such registration and the registration numbers of such copyrights. Borrower will subsequently execute and deliver to Lender a notice of such security interest in a form supplied by Lender or which is suitable for filing with the Copyright Office and reasonably satisfactory to Lender.
