Referral Fees & Payments. In consideration of the Designated Locksmith receiving, programming, and servicing the customer we referred to them, we pay the Designated Locksmith the full retail xxxx-up over our true wholesale cost of each fob minus a flat-rate $20.00 per fob. For example, if a fob’s wholesale cost is $30 and the retail price is $100 (excluding sales tax and shipping charges), XxxXxxxXxxx.xxx pays the $30 wholesale cost, retains $20 and will forward the Designated Locksmith $50. Both the Designated Locksmiths and the customer will be informed when the blank fob arrives at the Designated Locksmith’s shop. The customer will then bring his car to you in order to program the fob. There is no ‘catch’ and there are no hidden fees. Please note that this pricing scheme is variable and may be subject to change.

  • Referral Fees If you were introduced to us through a solicitor, we may pay that solicitor a referral fee in accordance with Rule 206(4)-3 of the Advisers Act and applicable state securities laws.   • Fees Payment Company will pay Vendor the Fees established by each Order in accordance with this Agreement.   • Monthly Fees ACS will xxxx Customer each month during the term of this Agreement based on number of "Actions" which occurred during the prior month. The definition of "Actions" and fees for each Action will be documented in each Task Order. Customer shall cause ACS to be paid the foregoing fees on a monthly basis within thirty (30) days of ACS' delivery of an invoice for the preceding month's Actions.

  • DEDUCTIONS FROM SALARY A. The Board agrees to deduct from teachers’ salaries membership dues and assessments for the Xxxxxx County Education Association, the Maryland State Teachers’ Association, and the National Education Association as said teachers individually and voluntarily authorize to deduct through an appropriate written authorization form prepared by the Association. The Board agrees to transmit such monies promptly to the Association.

  • Dues Deductions 47. Dues deductions, once initiated, shall continue until the authorization is revoked in writing by the employee. For the administrative convenience of the SFMTA and the Association, an employee may only revoke a dues authorization by delivering the notice of revocation to the Controller during the two week period prior to the expiration of this Agreement.   • Shift Differential Compensation Any employee in the bargaining unit whose assigned work shift commences (for unit-1) prior to 5:30 a.m. or whose work shift ends after 5:30 p.m., or (for unit-2 members) commences after 2:00 p.m. shall be paid a shift differential premium of five (5%) percent above the regular rate of pay for all hours worked.

  • Union Dues Deductions It shall be a condition of employment for all Nurses in the Bargaining Unit, that dues be deducted from their bi-weekly salary in the amount determined by the Union. The deductions for newly employed Nurses shall be in the first pay period of employment. The dues shall be submitted monthly to the Union together with a list of the Nurses from whom the deductions were made.
