Common use of REDEPLOYMENT, RETRAINING AND REDUNDANCY Clause in Contracts

REDEPLOYMENT, RETRAINING AND REDUNDANCY. 4.13.1 Subject to this clause and conditional on approval of this Enterprise Agreement, the parties acknowledge that this agreement is made and entered into on the basis that a new redeployment, retraining and redundancy scheme as detailed in Appendix 1 will be implemented to apply to DECD and all employees covered by this Enterprise Agreement.

REDEPLOYMENT, RETRAINING AND REDUNDANCY. 4.13.1 7.1 Subject to this clause and conditional on approval of this Enterprise Agreement, the parties acknowledge that this agreement is made and entered into on the basis that a new redeploymentRedeployment, retraining Retraining and redundancy Redundancy scheme as detailed in Appendix 1 2 will be implemented to apply to DECD the Joint Parliamentary Services Committee (the Employer) and all employees covered by this Enterprise Agreement.
