Recruitment Relocation Assistance. To assist with the recruitment and appointment of qualified individuals to hard-to-recruit positions/classifications, upon request of the appointing authority, the Human Resources Director may authorize reimbursement of a new employee’s relocation-related expenses incurred as a result of accepting employment with the County as follows:
