RECORDS OF COMPLIANCE. The Staffing Firm will keep records in relation to each Designated Personnel and Staffing Firm’s compliance with its obligations as stated herein in relation to each Designated Personnel and make them available to Participating Agency upon request. This includes but is not limited to recording the number of hours worked by each Designated Personnel on a daily basis. Such records shall be retained for a minimum period of three years and shall be made available to the Participating Agency, or to the Ministry of Labour for inspection, upon request.
