Records of Assignments. 1. The Court shall maintain a record of all same day contacts and assignments, and of all cross-assignment offers, made to any class of interpreters. The Court shall provide this information to the Union upon request.

ASSIGNMENT AND SUB-LETTING Tenant shall not assign this Agreement, or sub-let or grant any license to use the Premises or any part thereof without the prior written consent of Landlord. A consent by Landlord to one such assignment, sub-letting or license shall not be deemed to be a consent to any subsequent assignment, sub-letting or license. An assignment, sub-letting or license without the prior written consent of Landlord or an assignment or sub-letting by operation of law shall be absolutely null and void and shall, at Landlord's option, terminate this Agreement.
Notification of Assignments Assignments and schedules for the following year shall be made by the last working day of the teacher's work year.
Copies of Leases Copies of all current leases together with any ongoing evictions or legal matters related to the Property; and
Assignments and Subcontracts Seller shall not assign or subcontract this Agreement or any right or obligation hereunder without the prior written consent of NETAPP. NETAPP may from time to time assign this Agreement or any rights, obligations, or benefits hereunder to its related, affiliated, or successor corporations.
Assignment of Leases The Assignment of Leases creates a valid assignment of, or a valid security interest in, certain rights under the Leases, subject only to a license granted to Borrower to exercise certain rights and to perform certain obligations of the lessor under the Leases, including the right to operate the Property. No Person other than Lender has any interest in or assignment of the Leases or any portion of the Rents due and payable or to become due and payable thereunder.
TEACHING LOADS AND ASSIGNMENTS A. The normal daily/weekly teaching load shall be:
Room Assignments A. The University draws students from many states, nations, races and religions. It will be the responsibility of each resident to respect the rights of all residents in university residence halls. Admission to Texas A&M University – Texarkana and any of its sponsored programs is open to qualified individuals regardless of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, or disability. Room and roommate assignments are made without regard to race, color, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
Duration of Assignments Consideration must be given to the health and safety of personnel when assigned to fires of long duration. It is agreed that duration of assignments is dictated by each Party’s policy. Extension of assignments beyond the Supporting Party’s policy may be requested. It is the responsibility of the Protecting Party to request relief personnel in advance of the Supporting Party’s policy time limit. The Protecting Party is further responsible for the transportation costs of moving personnel to the fire and returning those relieved personnel back to their home stations. In all cases, the Department and Forest Service agree that their Incident Commanders will release suppression resources to their primary mission responsibilities as soon as priorities allow. The National Wildfire Coordinating Group (NWCG) has established guidelines for the length of assignments for resources and personnel who accept out of state assignments. Personnel who accept assignments out of the state are expected to adhere to the guidelines identified by NWCG. For incidents within the state, there is a required 7 day minimum commitment. Both Parties agree to honor the minimum length of assignments guidelines.
Assignments and Subleases a. The Concessionaire shall not assign this Lease in whole or in part, nor sublet all or any part of the Properties, such as vending and game machines, without first obtaining the written consent of the Director. In the event the Director consents to any such assignment or sublease, the Concessionaire shall remain primarily liable for the payments herein provided, unless expressly provided otherwise by the written consent of the Director. This prohibition against assigning or subletting shall be construed to include a prohibition against any assignment or subletting created by operation of law. If this Lease is assigned, or if the Properties or any part thereof is underlet or occupied by anybody other than the Concessionaire without the consent of the Director as hereinabove provided, the Department may collect rent from the assignee, undertenant, or occupant, and apply the net amount collected to the rent herein reserved, but no such assignment, underletting, occupancy or collection shall be deemed a waiver of this covenant, or the acceptance of the assignee, undertenant or occupant as the Concessionaire, or a release of the Concessionaire from further performance by the Concessionaire of the terms contained in this Lease.
SUBCONTRACTS and ASSIGNMENTS Except as may be set forth in the Special Provisions, the Contractor agrees not to subcontract, assign, transfer, convey, sublet or otherwise dispose of this Agreement or any right, title, obligation or interest it may have therein to any third party without prior written approval of H-GAC. The Contractor acknowledges that H-GAC is not liable to any subcontractor or assignee of the Contractor. The Contractor shall ensure that the performance rendered under all subcontracts shall result in compliance with all the terms and provisions of this Agreement as if the performance rendered was rendered by the Contractor. Contractor shall give all required notices, and comply with all laws and regulations applicable to furnishing and performance of the work. Except where otherwise expressly required by applicable law or regulation, H-GAC shall not be responsible for monitoring Contractor's compliance, or that of Contractor’s subcontractors, with any laws or regulations.
