Records and Reports of Trustee. The Trustee agrees to maintain such records with respect to any and all moneys or investments held by the Trustee pursuant to the provisions of this Indenture as are requested in writing by the Issuer. The Trustee shall furnish to the Issuer, quarterly on the tenth Business Day after the end of each calendar quarter, a report on the status of each of the funds and accounts established under this Article which are held by the Trustee, showing the balance in each such fund or account as of the first day of the preceding month, the total of deposits to and the total of disbursements from each such fund or account, the dates of such deposits and disbursements, and the balance in each such fund or account on the last day of the preceding month. The Trustee shall render an annual accounting for each calendar year ending December 31 to the Issue and any bondowner at the expense of such bondowner requesting the same, showing in reasonable detail all financial transactions relating to the Trust Estate during the accounting period, including investment earnings and the balance in any funds or accounts created by this Indenture as of the beginning and close of such accounting period.

The Trustee shall furnish to the Issuer and the Corporation, monthly by the 10th Business Day of each month, a statement showing the status of each of the funds and accounts established under this Article which are held by the Trustee, showing the balance in each such fund or account as of the first day of the preceding month, the total of deposits to and the total of disbursements from each such fund or account, the dates of such deposits and disbursements, and the balance in each such fund or account on the last day of the preceding month. The Trustee shall render an annual accounting for each calendar year ending December 31 to the Issuer, the Corporation and any Owner requesting the same (at the expense of such Owner), showing in reasonable detail all financial transactions relating to the Trust Estate during the accounting period, including investment earnings and the balance in any funds or accounts created by this Indenture as of the beginning and close of such accounting period.

Each of the Issuer and (by entering into the Loan Agreement) the Company acknowledges that regulations of the Comptroller of the Currency grant the Issuer and the Company the right to receive brokerage confirmations of security transactions as they occur. Each of the Issuer and (by entering into the Loan Agreement) the Company specifically waives such notification to the extent permitted by law and acknowledges that it will receive monthly and annual cash transaction statements, which will detail all investment transactions.

  • Information and Reports The contractor will provide all information and reports required by the Acts, the Regulations, and directives issued pursuant thereto and will permit access to its books, records, accounts, other sources of information, and its facilities as may be determined by the sponsor or the Federal Aviation Administration to be pertinent to ascertain compliance with such Nondiscrimination Acts And Authorities and instructions. Where any information required of a contractor is in the exclusive possession of another who fails or refuses to furnish the information, the contractor will so certify to the sponsor or the Federal Aviation Administration, as appropriate, and will set forth what efforts it has made to obtain the information.
