RECORDING RESTRICTIONS. Essentrics live virtual classes may only be accessible on the permitted platforms for a scheduled one-time viewing, and strictly for the duration of the class in real time. Essentrics live virtual classes cannot be pre-recorded, recorded, hosted online, broadcast after the class nor made available on demand. There is one exception to this rule: The Facility may record a live virtual class for the sole purpose of providing the Instructor with a recording for submission to Essentrics Head Office in order to fulfill exam and Teaching License maintenance requirements.
RECORDING RESTRICTIONS. (a) During the Term, you shall not enter into any agreement or make any commitment which would interfere with your performance of any of the terms hereof. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, in the event of an "XXXX" reunion tour (or the like), You shall consult with Company in connection with Your participation therewith and, so long as Your involvement with such "XXXX" reunion does not interfere with your commitments and obligations and duties hereunder, You shall not be in breach of this Agreement. After the end of the Term, You shall not, prior to the later ("Restriction Date") of the following dates, perform for any Person besides Company, to make Phonograph Records or Master Recordings, any Selection which was recorded under any agreement between You and Company or an Affiliate: (a) the date four (4) years after the date such Selection was last delivered to Company in a Master Recording, or (b) the date two (2) years after the end of the Term.

After the expiration or termination of the Term, the Artist shall not, prior to the later of the following dates, perform for any person, firm or corporation other than us, for the purpose of making Phonograph Records or Masters, any Selection which shall have been delivered hereunder: (a) the date five (5) years subsequent to the date on which that Selection shall have been last delivered to Company in a Master Recording recorded hereunder, or (b) the date thirty (30) months subsequent to the expiration or termination of the Term (the later date in respect of any Selection being hereinafter sometimes referred to as the "Restriction Date").
