RATES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF FCC’S INTERIM ISP TERMINATING COMPENSATION PLAN. 6.1 The Parties hereby agree that the following rates, terms and conditions set forth in Sections 6.2 through 6.6 shall apply to the termination of all Section 251(b)(5) Traffic and all ISP-Bound Traffic exchanged between the Parties in each of the applicable state(s) SBC-13STATE has made an offer as described in Section 5 above effective on the later of (i) the Effective Date of this Agreement and (ii) the effective date of the offer in the particular state and that all ISP-Bound Traffic is subject to the growth caps and new market restrictions stated in Sections 6.3 and 6.4, below.

  • Compensation for Convenience Termination If City shall terminate for its convenience as herein provided, City shall compensate Consulting Engineer/Architect for all Engineering/Architectural Services satisfactorily completed to date of its receipt of the termination notice and any additional Engineering/Architectural Services requested by City to bring the Project to reasonable termination. Compensation shall not include anticipatory profit or consequential damages, neither of which will be allowed.

  • GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT This Agreement is subject to all applicable laws of the State of California, the rules and regulations of the Board of Governors of the California Community Colleges, and the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the District, all of which shall be made a material part of the terms and conditions of this Agreement as if set forth in full. This agreement shall prevail over any conflicting District rules, regulations, policies or procedures.

  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE THIS AGREEMENT is between the education institution (the “Establishment”) and Hoople Ltd (Reg. No. 7556595) of Plough Lane, Hereford, HR4 OLE (the “Service Provider”).

  • Terms and Conditions of Employment The term “terms and conditions of employment” means the hours of employment, the compensation therefore including fringe benefits except retirement contributions or benefits, and the Board of Education’s personnel policies affecting the working conditions of the employees.   • Supplementation of Compensation Award ‌ If an employee is prevented from performing the employee's regular work with the City on account of an occupational accident that is recognized by the Workers' Compensation Board as compensable within the meaning of the Workers' Compensation Act, the City will supplement the award made by the Workers' Compensation Board for loss of wages to the employee by such an amount that the award of the Workers' Compensation Board for loss of wages (excluding non- economic loss payment), together with the supplementation by the City, will equal 100% of the employee's regular net wage (gross pay less statutory deductions, union dues and required benefit plan contributions). The said supplementation shall not be payable to any employee entitled to compensation after pension age if such an employee is entitled to an unreduced pension as provided under the Local Authorities Pension Plan or after the full age of 65 years if such an employee is not entitled to a pension. Subject to the foregoing limitation, the procedure to be followed in operating this policy shall be as follows:

  • Other Terms and Conditions of Employment Where an assessment has been made, the applicable percentage shall apply to the wage rate only. Employees covered by the provisions of the clause will be entitled to the same terms and conditions of employment as all other employees covered by this Agreement paid on a pro-rata basis.

  • Reciprocal Compensation Arrangements Pursuant to Section 251(b (5) of the Act

  • A-E Compensation and Extra Work 1.5.1. For the PROJECTS/SERVICES authorized under this CONTRACT, A-E shall be compensated in accordance with the following:

  • Administrative Provisions (a) Grievances and replies at Step 3 of the grievance procedure and notification to arbitrate shall be by registered mail.

  • NO EXPECTATION OF CONTINUED EMPLOYMENT BEYOND TERM OF CONTRACT Neither this contract nor any Board Policy, rule or evaluation procedure shall confer upon the Employee continued employment beyond the term provided in this contract.
