Quality assurance scheme. The I-QAC organizes quality controls at each semester and publish the quality control synthesis including proposed correction mechanisms, written by the TUH and/or Local Coordinators and available on the learning management system for all the LIVE students. The E-QAC will provide one written report per LIVE student cohort containing recommendations for enhancing the quality of different aspects of the Programme, according to the Quality Assurance Scheme ( Appendix 7). This report will be assessed by the AMB and, when necessary, actions will be taken to answer the recommendations.

Quality assurance scheme. ‌ The Quality Assurance Committee will provide each year a written report containing recommendations for enhancing the quality of different aspects of the doctoral programme, according to the QA scheme (see Annex 9). This report will be assessed by the Coordination Board and required actions will be taken to answer the recommendations. This assessment will be also given to participating universities according to the existing national regulations. Elements to evaluate for quality by the candidate: - Trainings and courses: For each training, a standardized evaluation form will be filled in. The form will contain questions about content of the course, whether goals and expectations were met, and practical organization of the course. These evaluations will be used by the CB to enhance the quality of the trainings offered. - Conferences: For each conference the candidate is attending a short report should be submitted to the SINCHEM secretariat. Report should contain the abstract of the oral or poster presentation presented by the candidate and should as well have a brief written personal evaluation about the total conference.

  • Quality Assurance The parties endorse the underlying principles of the Company’s Quality Management System, which seeks to ensure that its services are provided in a manner which best conforms to the requirements of the contract with its customer. This requires the Company to establish and maintain, implement, train and continuously improve its procedures and processes, and the employees to follow the procedures, document their compliance and participate in the improvement process. In particular, this will require employees to regularly and reliably fill out documentation and checklists to signify that work has been carried out in accordance with the customer’s specific requirements. Where necessary, training will be provided in these activities.

  • Quality Assurance Plan The contractor shall develop and submit to NMFS a contractor Quality Assurance Plan, as referenced in Section F.5.3, which details how the contractor will ensure effectiveness and efficiency of collection efforts as well as the quality of data collected by its At-Sea Monitors. The contractor shall further establish, implement, and maintain a Quality Assurance Management program to ensure consistent quality of all work products and services performed under this contract.

  • COUNTY’S QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN The County or its agent will evaluate the Contractor’s performance under this Contract on not less than an annual basis. Such evaluation will include assessing the Contractor’s compliance with all Contract terms and conditions and performance standards. Contractor deficiencies which the County determines are severe or continuing and that may place performance of the Contract in jeopardy if not corrected will be reported to the Board of Supervisors. The report will include improvement/corrective action measures taken by the County and the Contractor. If improvement does not occur consistent with the corrective action measures, the County may terminate this Contract or impose other penalties as specified in this Contract.

  • Quality Assurance Requirements There are no special Quality Assurance requirements under this Agreement.

  • Quality Assurance/Quality Control Contractor shall establish and maintain a quality assurance/quality control program which shall include procedures for continuous control of all construction and comprehensive inspection and testing of all items of Work, including any Work performed by Subcontractors, so as to ensure complete conformance to the Contract with respect to materials, workmanship, construction, finish, functional performance, and identification. The program established by Contractor shall comply with any quality assurance/quality control requirements incorporated in the Contract.

  • Drug and Alcohol Testing – Safety-Sensitive Functions A. Employees required to have a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) are subject to pre-employment, post-accident, random and reasonable suspicion testing in accordance with the U.S. Department of Transportation rules, Coast Guard Regulations (46 CFR Part 16) or the Federal Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act of 1991. The testing will be conducted in accordance with current Employer policy.

  • Peer Assistance and Review Program 1. MCEA and MCPS agree to jointly operate a Peer Assistance and Review (PAR) Program. The PAR Program is a mechanism for maintaining systemwide quality control and ensuring that all MCPS teachers responsible for teaching students are functioning at or above the high MCPS standards of performance. It provides intensive assistance for any teacher who has not yet achieved that standard or who falls below acceptable standards. Assistance and review are provided to both experienced MCPS teachers in need of significant improvement and teachers in their first year of teaching.
