You may make Your Health Information accessible to other Users and to your patients through the System for these purposes. You authorize us, as your business associate, to use and disclose Your Health Information as follows, subject to the recipient’s agreement to comply with our Policies and Procedures and with applicable laws and regulations relating to the use and disclosure of health information, and subject also to the provisions of section 9:
