Purpose of DPA. The purpose of this DPA is to describe the duties and responsibilities to protect Student Data including compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local privacy laws, rules, and regulations, all as may be amended from time to time. In performing these services, the Provider shall be considered a School Official with a legitimate educational interest, and performing services otherwise provided by the LEA. Provider shall be under the direct control and supervision of the LEA, with respect to its use of Student Data
Purpose of DPA. The purpose of this DPA is to describe the duties and responsibilities to protect Student Data (as defined in Exhibit “C”) transmitted to Provider from the LEA pursuant to Exhibit “A”, including compliance with all applicable state privacy statutes, including the FERPA, PPRA, COPPA, IDEA, 603 C.M.R. 23.00, 603 CMR 28.00, and Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 71, Sections 34D to 34H. In performing these services, to the extent Personally Identifiable Information (as defined in Exhibit “C”) from Pupil Records (as defined in Exhibit “C”) are transmitted to Provider from LEA, the Provider shall be considered a School Official with a legitimate educational interest, and performing services otherwise provided by the LEA. Provider shall be under the direct control and supervision of the LEA. Control duties are set forth below.
Purpose of DPA. For Operator to provide services to the LEA it may become necessary for the LEA to share certain LEA Data. This DPA describes the Parties’ responsibilities to protect Data.

In performing these services, to the extent Personally Identifiable Information (as defined in E xhibit “C”) from Pupil Records (as defined in Exhibit “C”) are transmitted to Provider from LEA, the Provider shall be considered a School Official with a legitimate educational interest, and performing services otherwise provided by the LEA. The purpose of this DPA is to describe the duties and responsibilities to protect student data transmitted to Provider from the School Unit pursuant to the Service Agreement, including compliance with all applicable federal and state privacy statutes, including FERPA, PPRA, COPPA, IDEA, MSIPA, and MUSER and other applicable Maine laws, all as may be amended from time to time. In performing these Services, the Provider shall be considered a School Official with a legitimate educational interest, and performing services otherwise provided by the School Unit. Provider shall be under the direct control and supervision of the School Unit with respect to the use and maintenance of information shared with Provider by School Unit pursuant to this Agreement and the Service Agreement.
Purpose of DPA. The purpose of this DPA is to describe the duties and responsibilities to protect Division Data (as defined in Exhibit “C”) transmitted to Provider from the Division pursuant to Exhibit “A”, including compliance with all applicable state privacy statutes, including the FERPA, PPRA, COPPA, IDEA, 603 C.M.R. 23.00, 603 CMR 28.00, and Code of Virginia § 22.1-289.01. School service providers; school-affiliated entities; student personal information; and § 22.1-287.02. Students' personally identifiable information. In performing these services, to the extent Personally Identifiable Information (as defined in Exhibit “C”) from Pupil Records (as defined in Exhibit “C”) are transmitted to Provider from Division, the Provider shall be considered a School Official with a legitimate educational interest, and performing services otherwise provided by the Division. Provider shall be under the direct control and supervision of the Division.

The purpose of this DPA is to describe the duties and responsibilities to protect Student Data and Teacher Data (as defined in Exhibit “C”) transmitted to Provider from the LEA pursuant to the Underlying Agreement described in Exhibit “A”, including compliance with all applicable federal and New Hampshire state privacy statutes, including, as applicable, the XXXXX, XXXX, XXXXX, XXXX, , XXX 189:1-e and 189:65 through 69; RSA 186-C; NH Admin. Code Ed. 300; NH Admin. Code Ed. 1100; and other applicable New Hampshire state laws, all as may be amended from time to time. In performing these Services, to the extent Personally Identifiable Information (as defined in Exhibit “C”) from Pupil Records (as defined in Exhibit “C”) and Teacher Data (as defined in Exhibit “C”) are transmitted to Provider from LEA, the Provider shall be considered a School Official with a legitimate educational interest, and performing services otherwise provided by the LEA.

In performing these services, the Provider shall be considered a School Official with a legitimate educational interest performing services otherwise undertaken by the LEA. With respect to the use and maintenance of Student Data, Provider shall be under the direct control and supervision of the LEA.
