Purchase of Plan Services. Pursuant to these TOS, you are purchasing a subscription for the Plan Services as set forth in Your initial order, and agreeing to use and pay for the same as outlined in these TOS for the entirety of the period in the initial order (the “Initial Term”), in addition to any Renewal Terms. You hereby acknowledge Your financial responsibility for Your use of the Plan Services, including any and all authorized or unauthorized use of Your Account. In order to use the Plan Services, you must obtain properly configured and working broadband connection or Internet services as set forth in Section 13(C), below. Valley Electric/Valley Communications does not provide any access to the Internet.

Purchase of Plan Services. Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, You are purchasing a subscription for the Plan Services set forth in Your initial Order, and agreeing to use and pay for the same strictly in accordance with the Agreement for the entire period set out in the initial Order (the “Initial Term”). The Initial Term for all Plan Services will renew automatically for successive terms of the same length (each, a “Renewal Term”) without further action by or notice to You, unless You notify RingCentral customer service of non-renewal at least thirty (30) days before the end of the Initial Term or then-current Renewal Term. You agree to be financially responsible for Your use of the Plan Services, including the authorised or unauthorised use of Your Account. In order to use the Plan Services, You must have properly configured and working Internet service or broadband connection as set forth in Section 5(A), below. RingCentral does not provide any access to the Internet.

  • Purchase of Services Customer agrees to purchase the following products and/or services as further defined below in the quantity and for the prices described in Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, and as further listed in the accompanying Order Form prepared and provided by SUDS or DRB (the “Order Form”).

  • Career Services Placement assistance is not provided. It is understood that the School does not and cannot promise or guarantee neither employment nor level of income or wage rate to any Student or Graduate.

  • Administration Services When a medical prescription drug is administered by infusion, the administration of the prescription drug may be covered separately from the prescription drug. See Infusion Therapy - Administration Services in the Summary of Medical Benefits for benefit limits and the amount you pay. Prescription drugs that are self-administered are not covered as a medical benefit but may be covered as a pharmacy benefit. Please see Pharmacy Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies – Pharmacy Benefits section above for additional information. Site of Care Program For some medical prescription drugs, after the first administration, coverage may be limited to certain locations (for example, a designated outpatient or ambulatory service facility, physician’s office, or your home), provided the location is appropriate based on your medical status. For a list of medical prescription drugs that are subject to this Site of Care Program, visit our website. Preauthorization may be required to determine medical necessity as well as appropriate site of care. If we deny your request for preauthorization, or you disagree with our determination for the appropriate site of care, you can submit a medical appeal. See Appeals in Section 5 for information on how to file a medical appeal.

  • Implementation Services The Company and the Client have developed a plan for implementing the services to be provided hereunder, including with respect to the transition of responsibility for such services from the Client and its current administrator to the Company, which plan attached hereto as Schedule I (the “Implementation Plan”). The Company shall perform the services required to complete the Implementation Plan, as set forth therein (the “Implementation Services”). The Company and the Client shall comply with any applicable requirements agreed in the Implementation Plan.

  • Design Services The Engineer shall perform services during the schematic design phase, the design development phase, the contract documents phase, and the bidding period as hereinafter specified.

  • Optional Services To the extent that the Fund elects to engage the Transfer Agent to provide the services listed below the Fund shall engage the Transfer Agent to provide such services upon terms and fees to be agreed upon by the parties:
