Purchase of Digital Currency. You may purchase supported digital currency with funds in your Account. You authorize Bank to initiate debits from your Account in settlement of purchase transactions. A Conversion Fee (defined below) applies to all purchase transactions. Although Bank will attempt to deliver supported digital currency to you as promptly as possible, funds may be debited from your Account before the digital currency is delivered to your Digital Currency Custody Account. We may debit your Account as soon as the same day you initiate the purchase but your payment may take three or more business days to process. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to fulfill all transactions, but if we cannot fulfill your purchase order, we will notify you and seek your approval to fulfill the purchase order at the contemporaneous Buy Price Conversion Rate.

Purchase of Digital Currency. To purchase Digital Currency using E-Money, you must follow the relevant instructions on the Coinbase Site. A purchase of Digital Currency using E-money should occur on the business day we receive your instructions.

Related to Purchase of Digital Currency

  • Total Purchase Price (High Bid + Buyer’s Premium) $

  • Subscription Price Each Warrant is exercisable at a price per share (the “Exercise Price”) of US$1.00. One (1) Warrant and the Exercise Price are required to subscribe for each share during the term of the Warrants.

  • Re-Purchase of Note If we decide that you provided us with inaccurate information or have otherwise violated your obligations, or if required by any applicable law or regulation related to terrorism, money laundering, and similar activities, we may (but shall not be required to) repurchase your Note for an amount equal to the principal amount outstanding.

  • Purchase of Note On the Closing Date (as defined below), the Company shall issue and sell to the Buyer and the Buyer agrees to purchase from the Company such principal amount of Note as is set forth immediately below the Buyer’s name on the signature pages hereto.

  • Subscription Services We grant You a right to use the Genesys Cloud Service in accordance with this Agreement and the applicable product descriptions found in the Services Order.

  • Software Subscription The Term of any Software Subscription shall automatically renew for an additional Subscription License Term unless written notice of termination is given to the other Party three (3) months prior to the expiration of the then-current Term.

  • Purchase Orders and Purchasing Cards The parties agree that there is no minimum order requirements or charges to process an individual purchase order unless otherwise stated in the Contract. The Purchase Order number must appear on all documents (e.g., invoices, packing slips, etc.).

  • The Purchase Price If the sale of the Property is not subject to HST, Seller agrees to certify on or before (included in/in addition to) closing, that the sale of the Property is not subject to HST. Any HST on chattels, if applicable, is not included in the Purchase Price.

  • Purchase of Shares For the sum of $25,000 (the “Purchase Price”), which the Company acknowledges receiving in cash, the Company hereby issues the Shares to the Subscriber, and the Subscriber hereby purchases the Shares from the Company, subject to forfeiture, on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement. Concurrently with the Subscriber’s execution of this Agreement, the Company shall, at its option, deliver to the Subscriber a certificate registered in the Subscriber’s name representing the shares (the “Original Certificate”), or effect such delivery in book-entry form.

  • Redemption or Repurchase of Securities As disclosed in Schedule B, the Company may repurchase or redeem the Securities subject to certain conditions.
