Provision for Permanent Employees. a) Permanent Employees laid off during the term of this Agreement may retain coverage under the Semi-Private Hospital Plan, the Extended Health Care Plan and the Dental Care Plan under the same premium- sharing arrangements for a period of three months following the date of temporary lay-off.
