Provide Underlying Asset Services. (d) Any other service that the Company might from time to time provide or as further detailed in this Agreement. 8.2 The Company is under no obligation, unless otherwise agreed in the Agreement, to monitor or advise the Client on the status of any Transaction; to make margin calls; or to close out any Client’s Open Positions.
