Prorated. All employees hired after July 1, 2001, shall receive health and welfare benefits prorated as stipulated:
Prorated. Employees performing duties for fixed-rate stipends may elect to receive the stipend amount through equal installments of the regular payroll beginning with the October 15th payroll and ending with the May 15th payroll.
Prorated. Deductions for unit members who sign such authorization after the commencement of the school year shall be appropriately prorated to complete payments by the end of the school year.

  • Proration For the month and year in which this Agreement becomes effective or terminates, there shall be an appropriate proration of the Adviser's fee on the basis of the number of days that the Agreement is in effect during such month and year, respectively.

Tenant shall be responsible for paying all personal property taxes with respect to Tenant's personal property at the Leased Premises.

  • PRORATED RENT Tenant may be required to pay prorated Rent from the beginning of this Lease to the first full month. If Tenant must pay prorated Rent, Tenant shall pay any prorated amount due, together with the security deposit, at the execution of this Lease.

  • Number of Days In computing the number of days for purposes of this Agreement, all days shall be counted, including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays; provided, however, that if the final day of any time period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday on which federal banks are or may elect to be closed, then the final day shall be deemed to be the next day which is not a Saturday, Sunday or such holiday.

  • Prorations All prorations required or permitted to be made hereunder shall be made on the basis of a 360 day year and 30 day months.

  • Vacation Year The vacation year shall be April 1 to March 31, inclusive.

  • Monthly Base Rent Tenant agrees to pay Landlord the Monthly Base Rent for the Premises (subject to adjustment as hereinafter provided) in advance on the first day of each calendar month during the Term without prior notice or demand, except that Tenant agrees to pay the Monthly Base Rent for the first month of the Term directly to Landlord concurrently with Tenant's delivery of the executed Lease to Landlord. All rent must be paid to Landlord, without any deduction or offset, in lawful money of the United States of America, at the address designated by Landlord or to such other person or at such other place as Landlord may from time to time designate in writing. Monthly Base Rent will be adjusted during the Term of this Lease as provided in Exhibit "B".

  • year The employee shall provide medical substantiation to support her request for pregnancy leave. The request must include the beginning and ending dates of the leave and must be requested no later than thirty (30) calendar days after the birth of the child. Any changes to the leave, once approved, are permissive and subject to the approval of the department head or designee.
