PROPOSED CHANGE IN PERSONNEL POLICIES. 1. Before the Board adopts a change in personnel policies affecting conditions of employment not covered by the terms of this Agreement and which has not been proposed by the Union, the Board will provide the Union with a copy of any new personnel policies which affect the Secretarial Union. The Union, if requested, shall be given an opportunity to discuss a change with the Superintendent or to attend a Board meeting at which the policy will be discussed.

  • Consensus Policies (i) At all times during the term of this Agreement and subject to the terms hereof, Registry Operator will fully comply with and implement all Consensus Policies found at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/general/consensus- policies.htm, as of the Effective Date and as may in the future be developed and adopted in accordance with ICANN’s Bylaws and as set forth below.

  • REDUCTION IN PERSONNEL A. The Board expressly retains the authority to effectuate a reduction in personnel whenever the Board shall, in its sole discretion, determine such a reduction to be necessary or advisable, and for whatever reasons the Board shall, in its sole discretion, determine to have made such action necessary or advisable.

  • Classification Changes When the University determines that a revision of a class specification for positions covered by this agreement is needed, and such revision affects the collective bargaining unit designation, the University shall notify AFSCME in writing of the proposed change. AFSCME shall notify the University, in writing, within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the proposed changes, of any comments it has concerning the proposed changes or of its desire to discuss the proposed changes.
