Proof of Compliance with Contract. The Contractor shall, at any time when requested, submit to the County properly authenticated documents or other satisfactory proof as to the Contractor's compliance with contract requirements. In addition, the Contractor will permit the County, and if federally funded, the FTA and the Comptroller General of the United States, or a duly authorized representative, to inspect all work, materials, payrolls and other data and records involving the contract.

Proof of Compliance with Contract. In order that District Engineer may determine whether Contractor has complied with the requirements of this contract not readily ascertainable through inspection and tests of the work and materials, Contractor, shall, at any time when requested, submit to District Engineer properly authenticated documents or other satisfactory proofs as to compliance with such requirements.
