The Contractor agrees to provide County, the FEMA Administrator, the Comptroller General of the United States, or any of their authorized representatives access to any books, documents, papers, and records of the Contractor which are directly pertinent to this contract for the purposes of making audits, examinations, excerpts, and transcriptions.
In addition, such records, including, but not limited to, financial records, supporting documents, statistical records and all other records pertinent to the services performed under this Contract shall be maintained and made available to DMH, any state agency authorized to audit DMH, the federal grantor agency, the Comptroller General of the United States or any of their duly authorized representatives.

The audit is to be performed in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards, and applicable standards contained in Government Auditing Standards (the "Yellow Book") issued by the Comptroller General of the United States, and Office of Management and Budget circular A-133, by a qualified independent certified public accountant, with experience in governmental accounting, retained by and paid for from funds of the School.
