Proof of Attendance and Payment for Jury Service. (1) The employee shall notify RIDBC of the date they are required to attend for jury service as soon as possible. The employee will provide a copy of the summons to attend jury duty, the estimated duration of attendance and the amount received, or due to be received, in respect of such jury service.
