PROGRESS OF WORK AND QUALITY CONTROL. The Contractor shall, at all times, maintain an industrial level of workmanship and exercise caution to minimize traffic delays and prevent damage to private and public property. All damage claims shall be the sole responsibility of the Contractor. The field inspection shall be conducted during working in progress and for final inspection and acceptance. The Traffic Engineering Division Manager or designee shall have the authority to reject work, which does not conform with the City’s requirements or to the provisions of the Agreement.

It is the sole responsibility of Max-Tel to obtain the technical capability to access and utilize BellSouth’s OSS interfaces. The Quality Control Plan shall be tailored to the specific products/type of construction activities contemplated by the GMP Basis Documents, and in general, shall include a table of contents, quality control team organization, duties/responsibilities of quality control personnel, submittal procedures, inspection procedures, deficiency correction procedures, documentation process, and a list of any other specific actions or procedures that will be required for key elements of the Work.
