PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT / STUDY LEAVE. (a) All full-time and part-time Employees who work a minimum of three shifts per week and who are employed in the classifications of RPN, PEN or PSO are entitled to five days' paid professional development/study leave per year (in addition to other leave entitlements in this Agreement).
