Childcare Allowance. (a) Where Employees are required by the Employer to work outside their ordinary rostered hours of work and where less than 24 hours’ notice of the requirement to perform such overtime work has been given by the Employer, other than recall when placed on call, the Employee will be reimbursed for reasonable childcare expenses incurred.

GAP Solutions will distribute this allowance evenly over the Term of Service on a bi-weekly basis. This option is not available for privately secured student loans. Upon successful completion of the term of service, the National Service Trust will repay any interest that accrued on the loan during the term of service. Once enrolled a member may request a Loan Forbearance online at xxxxx://xx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/ that will be sent to their lenders. They must also submit a printout of their Loan Forbearance Request and provide this to MPCA Community HealthCorps program staff verifying that they have completed an online submission. At the time of exit a member will complete the Interest Accrual Form online for all of their lenders. The member is solely responsible for completing these forms and following through with their individual lenders. The MPCA Community HealthCorps program and the placement site are not responsible for following through with private lenders. EDUCATION AWARD Upon successful completion of the member's full term of service, the member will receive an education award education award up to $5,550 from the National Service Trust. Employees shall be entitled, with prior approval, to claim any actual and reasonable expenses incurred.

  • Overtime Meal Allowance ‌ An employee who works two and one-half hours of overtime immediately before or following his/her scheduled hours of work shall receive a meal allowance of seven dollars. One-half hour with pay shall be allowed the employee in order that he/she may take a meal break either at or adjacent to his/her place of work.
