Professional Development Pool. The College encourages faculty to seek professional development opportunities. These opportunities shall be made available to each bargaining unit member in accordance with the College’s travel policy. The College agrees to maintain a professional development pool of $50,000 each academic year. Full-time faculty members may request up to $1,500 out of state or $1,200 in-state per year for professional development subject to approval by the Professional Development Committee.
