Compensation Framework. 12.1 Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement, in no circumstance will the Board provide to the President any form or manner of compensation prohibited by or in excess of what is allowed under any applicable legislation, including the Reform of Agencies, Boards and Commissions (Post-Secondary Institutions) Compensation Regulation, Alberta Regulation 47/2018 and the Salary Restraint Regulation, Alberta Regulation 6/2018. If an increase in the cost of any of the compensation provided by the Board to the President results in the compensation exceeding what is allowed under any applicable legislation, the Board will make necessary adjustments to the compensation to reduce it to the allowable amount. This adjustment will be done in consultation with the President. 12.2 Should legislation be passed, come into force, proclaimed, amended, repealed, changed or otherwise take effect, such that a manner of: i. additional base salary; ii. additional vacation time; iii. any form of variable pay;
Compensation Framework. For unsuccessful/ failed transactions, delay in redressal of grievance and delay in closing of account/ blocking of lost or stolen or misplaced cards, compensation framework as defined in the Customer Compensation Policy & Grievance Redressal Policy hosted on the Bank’s website will be applicable.

  • Payment of Compensation Consultant shall submit to City a monthly itemized statement which indicates work completed and hours of Services rendered by Consultant. The statement shall describe the amount of Services and supplies provided since the initial commencement date, or since the start of the subsequent billing periods, as appropriate, through the date of the statement. City shall, within 30 days of receiving such statement, review the statement and pay all approved charges thereon.

  • Intercarrier Compensation Except as specifically described in this Section, the Agreement does not change or amend applicable intercarrier compensation arrangements (including but not limited to Switched Access, Signaling, or Transit charges) between any parties, including between Qwest and Carriers or IXCs.

  • Fees and Compensation Managers and Officers may receive such compensation and fees, if any, for their services, and such reimbursement for expenses, as may be determined by resolution of the Board.

  • COMPENSATION OF ULTIMUS The Trust, on behalf of each Fund, shall pay for the services to be provided by Ultimus under this Agreement in accordance with, and in the manner set forth in, Schedule B attached hereto, as such Schedule may be amended from time to time. If this Agreement becomes effective subsequent to the first day of a month or terminates before the last day of a month, Ultimus’ compensation for that part of the month in which the Agreement is in effect shall be prorated in a manner consistent with the calculation of the fees as set forth above. Payment of Ultimus’ compensation for the preceding month shall be made promptly.

  • Services and Compensation Consultant shall perform the services described in Exhibit A (the “Services”) for the Company (or its designee), and the Company agrees to pay Consultant the compensation described in Exhibit A for Consultant’s performance of the Services.
