Common use of Professional Development and Continuing Education Clause in Contracts

Professional Development and Continuing Education. The School District shall pay the full enrollment cost for all professional development courses and continuing education courses taken by the Assistant Superintendent during this Agreement; provided that such courses are approved in advance by the Superintendent and subject to repayment by the Assistant Superintendent for any course in which the Assistant Superintendent fails to receive a final passing grade or otherwise successfully complete.
