Products and Services Addressed by the BSA. In addition to our products and services addressed in the BSA, we may offer products and services not mentioned in the BSA that are covered by its terms and any other contract, as applicable. If a contract for another product or service does not address a matter covered by the BSA, the terms of the BSA may apply to the matter. For exam- ple, if a contract for a product or service does not address whether that contract can be imaged (which is one method we may elec- tronically manage a document) and that the image is binding on you and us, then we may electronically manage (image) and rely on that contract for the product or service as addressed in the terms of the BSA (please see Provisions 1.e. and f.). To provide members with excellent service and plan for future products and services, the BSA may address products and services currently not offered, which may be offered at a future date.   • INFORMATION AND SERVICES TO BE FURNISHED BY THE LPA The information and services to be furnished by the LPA are set out in Appendix "B” which is herein attached to and made an integral part of this Contract.

  • Products and Services General Information The Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) made and entered into by and between The Interlocal Purchasing System (hereinafter “TIPS”) a government cooperative purchasing program authorized by the Region 8 Education Service Center, having its principal place of business at 0000 XX Xxx 000 Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx 00000 and the TIPS Vendor. This Agreement consists of the provisions set forth below, including provisions of all attachments referenced herein. In the event of a conflict between the provisions set forth below and those contained in any attachment, the provisions set forth shall control unless otherwise agreed by the parties in writing and by signature and date on the attachment. A Purchase Order (“PO”), Agreement or Contract is the TIPS Member’s approval providing the authority to proceed with the negotiated delivery order under the Agreement. Special terms and conditions as agreed between the Vendor and TIPS Member should be added as addendums to the Purchase Order, Agreement or Contract. Items such as certificate of insurance, bonding requirements, small or disadvantaged business goals are some, but not all, of the possible addendums.

  • Subcontracting for Medicaid Services Notwithstanding any permitted subcontracting of services to be performed under this Agreement, Party shall remain responsible for ensuring that this Agreement is fully performed according to its terms, that subcontractor remains in compliance with the terms hereof, and that subcontractor complies with all state and federal laws and regulations relating to the Medicaid program in Vermont. Subcontracts, and any service provider agreements entered into by Party in connection with the performance of this Agreement, must clearly specify in writing the responsibilities of the subcontractor or other service provider and Party must retain the authority to revoke its subcontract or service provider agreement or to impose other sanctions if the performance of the subcontractor or service provider is inadequate or if its performance deviates from any requirement of this Agreement. Party shall make available on request all contracts, subcontracts and service provider agreements between the Party, subcontractors and other service providers to the Agency of Human Services and any of its departments as well as to the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

  • Prices and Services Billing 8.1 SCHEDULE OF PRICES AND TERMS Competitive Supplier agrees to provide Firm Full-Requirements Power Supply and other related services as expressly set forth herein in accordance with the prices and terms included in EXHIBIT A to this ESA, which exhibit is hereby incorporated by reference into this ESA.

  • Performance of Products and Services The Contractor acknowledges that only Project Persons shall perform the Products and Services under this Agreement.
