Prior Equipment. If you return a receiver previously leased by you in exchange for a receiver provided under this plan, you must return such previously leased receiver (including without limitation, applicable smart card(s) and remote control(s)) to AT&T Home Entertainment.
Prior Equipment. You understand and agree that (i) any Prior Equipment installed in the Taxi(s) was, is, and shall remain the property of CML unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by CML, and (ii) CML may elect to utilize any such Prior Equipment to provide Solutions under the Agreement as it deems appropriate.

Upon your notification to DISH that you intend to exchange a receiver and the deactivation of such receiver, we will send you a postage pre-paid box to use in returning the receiver to DISH. Returning any exchange receiver is solely your responsibility. Any LNBFs provided under this plan shall be treated as if you selected them under your original plan agreement with DISH for all purposes related to their ownership and shall be subject to any return requirements set forth therein.

  • New Equipment Where new types of equipment and/or operations, for which rates of pay are not established by this Agreement, are put into use after the ratification date of this Agreement within operations covered by this Agreement, rates governing such operations shall be subject to negotiations between the parties. This paragraph shall apply to all new types of equipment including office and clerical equipment. In the event agreement cannot be reached within sixty (60) days after the date such equipment is put into use, the matter may be submit- xxx to the National Grievance Committee for final disposition. Rates agreed upon or awarded shall be effective as of the date equipment is put to use.

  • Computer Equipment No computers and/or personal electronic devices, such as tablets and laptop computers, or any component thereof, may be purchased with funds provided under this Contract, regardless of purchase price, without prior written approval of ADMINISTRATOR. Any such purchase shall be in accordance with specifications provided by ADMINISTRATOR, be subject to the same inventory control conditions specified above in Subparagraphs 18.1.1 to 18.1.4, and, at the sole discretion of ADMINISTRATOR, become the property of COUNTY upon termination of this Contract.

  • Installation Where installation is required, Contractor shall be responsible for placing and installing the product in the required locations at no additional charge, unless otherwise designated on the Contract or purchase order. Contractor’s authorized product and price list shall clearly and separately identify any additional installation charges. All materials used in the installation shall be of good quality and shall be free of defects that would diminish the appearance of the product or render it structurally or operationally unsound. Installation includes the furnishing of any equipment, rigging, and materials required to install or replace the product in the proper location. Contractor shall protect the site from damage and shall repair damages or injury caused during installation by Contractor or its employees or agents. If any alteration, dismantling, excavation, etc., is required to achieve installation, the Contractor shall promptly restore the structure or site to its original condition. Contractor shall perform installation work so as to cause the least inconvenience and interference with Customers and with proper consideration of others on site. Upon completion of the installation, the location and surrounding area of work shall be left clean and in a neat and unobstructed condition, with everything in satisfactory repair and order.
