PRICE REVISIONS FOR BIODIESEL. The price revision procedure for 1D to be used for winter mixes with B5 BioDiesel, B10 BioDiesel and B20 BioDiesel shall be the same as described above in “Price Revisions” and “NOTE”. The price revision procedure for B5, B10 and B20 BioDiesel will be as follows: The B5 BioDiesel pricing shall be based on 95% of the low-sulfur diesel average as described above plus 5% of the soybean oil price based on the price of soybean oil per pound as shown in The Wall Street Journal's “Cash Prices - Fats and Oils” for each Thursday's Posted Prices, using a multiplier of 7.6465 to convert to gallons. The B10 BioDiesel pricing shall be based on 90% of the low-sulfur diesel average as described above plus 10% of the soybean oil price based on the price of soybean oil per pound as shown in the Wall Street Journal’s “Cash Prices –Fats and Oils” for each Thursday’s Posted Prices, using a multiplier of 7.6465 to convert to gallons. The B20 BioDiesel pricing shall be based on 80% of the low-sulfur diesel average as described above plus 20% of the soybean oil price based on the price of soybean oil per pound as shown in The Wall Street Journal's “Cash Prices - Fats and Oils” for each Thursday's Posted Prices, using a multiplier of 7.6465 to convert to gallons. NYS Procurement will compute any price revisions by determining the difference between the combined posted prices on Thursday, March 14, 2013 and the combined posted prices on every Thursday during the Contract period beginning with the publication of August 15, 2013. Applicable price changes will be effective as of the start of business on the following Friday. If the prices are not posted on Thursday, the previous business day on which the specified prices are posted will be utilized. The following is an example of B5, B10, and B20 BioDiesel Price Revisions utilizing pricing from the Albany OPIS Posting Location. Price revisions will actually be based on the OPIS Posting Location designated in Attachment 1Price Pages. B5: The average posted price for Albany on Thursday, March 14, 2013 for soy bean oil is $.4790/lb. Using the multiplier of 7.6465, the adjusted price per gallon is $3.6626 for soybean oil. Five percent (5%) of that figure ($.1831) plus 95% of the 2D base of $3.1530 ($2.9954) yields a March 14, 2013 base price for B5 fuel of $3.1785/gal. The B10 Biodiesel pricing shall be based on 90% of the low posted price for low sulfur diesel (as described above) plus 10% of the soybean oil price based on the simple average of the high and low asking price for soybean oil found in the USDA AMS 3511 report for the Illinois region published on the immediately preceding Friday, with the price converted from cents per pound to dollars per gallon by applying a multiplication factor of 0.076465 to the average and truncating the result to four decimal places. If the prices are not posted on Thursday, the previous business day on which the specified prices are posted will be utilized. The following is an example of B5, and B10 Biodiesel Price Revisions utilizing pricing from the Albany OPIS Posting Location. All values will be truncated to four (4) decimal places (dollars per gallon) prior to every operation in calculating the final result. The final result will also be truncated, if necessary, to four (4) decimal places.

  • Price Adjustments for OGS Centralized Contracts Periodic price adjustments will occur no more than twice per year on a schedule to be established solely by OGS. Sources to be reviewed include: (1) special status species lists from the California Department of Fish and Game (CDFG), United States Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), and California Native Plant Society (CNPS); (2) database searches of the California Natural Diversity Database (CNDDB) and the Electronic Inventory of the CNPS; (3) the most recent Federal Register listing package and critical habitat determination for each federally Endangered or Threatened species potentially occurring on the project site; (4) the CDFG Annual Report on the status of California’s listed Threatened and Endangered plants and animals; and (5) other biological studies conducted in the vicinity of the project site.

  • INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETING FORM A AND B Form A and Form B should be completed for Contracts for consulting services in accordance with Section XI.18.C of the Office of the State Comptroller’s Guide to Financial Operations (xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/agencies/guide/MyWebHelp/), “Consultant Disclosure Legislation,” and the following:

  • PROCEDURES FOR EVALUATION A. The evaluations of school year employees covered by this agreement shall be completed no later than May 30 of each school year for 9-month employees and by June 30 for 10/12-month employees.   • Packaging Materials and Containers for Retail Sale Packaging materials and containers in which a good is packaged for retail sale shall, if classified with the good, be disregarded in determining whether all the non-originating materials used in the production of the good undergo the applicable change in tariff classification set out in Annex 4, and, if the good is subject to a regional value-content requirement, the value of such packaging materials and containers shall be taken into account as originating or non-originating materials, as the case may be, in calculating the regional value content of the good.

  • DATA FOR CALCULATIONS The initial calculations for any payments owing under this Agreement shall be based upon the valuations placed upon the Qualified Property by the Appraisal District in its annual certified appraisal roll submitted to the District pursuant to § 26.01 of the TEXAS TAX CODE in or about July of each year of this Agreement. The certified appraisal roll data shall form the basis from which any and all amounts due under this Agreement are calculated, and the data utilized by the Consultant will be adjusted as necessary to reflect any subsequent adjustments by the Appraisal District to the District’s appraisal roll. Any estimates used by the Consultant to make calculations as required by this Agreement shall be based on the best and most current information available. The Consultant shall from time to time adjust the data utilized to reflect actual amounts, subsequent adjustments by the Appraisal District to the District’s certified appraisal roll, or any other relevant changes to material items such as student counts or tax collections.

  • ANNUAL MASTER CONTRACT SALES REPORT Contractor shall provide to Enterprise Services a detailed annual Master Contract sales report. Such report shall include, at a minimum: Product description, part number or other Product identifier, per unit quantities sold, and Master Contract price. This report must be provided in an electronic format that can be read by MS Excel.

  • Annual Evaluations The purpose of the annual evaluation is to assess and communicate the nature and extent of an employee's performance of assigned duties consistent with the criteria specified below in this Policy. Except for those employees who have received notice of non-reappointment pursuant to the BOT- UFF Policy on Non- reappointment, every employee shall be evaluated at least once annually. Personnel decisions shall take such annual evaluations into account, provided that such decisions need not be based solely on written faculty performance evaluations.
