Price Pages definition

Price Pages means the pages which set forth the Unit prices for all Goods and Services for this Price Agreement.
Price Pages. The Price Page is set forth in the attached Exhibit A. For the benefit of Agency, the Price Page may be posted at the sole discretion of DAS/PS to XXXXX (the on-line electronic Oregon Procurement Information Network administered by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, as described in OAR 125-246-0500). The Price Page shall not be modified without written consent of the parties, except as otherwise permitted or effected pursuant to Section 5.3 and 5.4. Price Pages means the Exhibit B pages containing listed prices for Goods and Services.

Examples of Price Pages in a sentence

  • The filed requirements by Lot and Region are specified in Attachment 1 – Price Pages.

  • For all dollar amounts and discount percentages that a Bidder may enter, a Bidder may enter as many decimal places as desired and the formulas included in the Price Pages will calculate based on the full number entered.

  • If the pay rate(s) for a job title(s) as set forth in Appendices 7 through 13 – Price Pages is less than the local law “living wage,” then the Authorized User subject to such local law cannot use this Contract for such job title(s).

  • Applicable Volume Discounts are identified in Attachment 1 – Price Pages.

  • Price revisions will actually be based on the OPIS Posting Location designated in Attachment 1 – Price Pages.

  • Appendix D – Price Pages is hereby expressly made a part of this Contract as fully as if set forth herein.

  • The pricing for all items purchased under this Contract shall be as set forth in Appendix D – Price Pages.

  • The hourly rates will be calculated for each required job classification by multiplying the exact Prevailing Wage rate currently in effect for the project site by the appropriate Overhead % from the Bid Price Pages and add this to the exact Prevailing Wage rate to get the Prevailing Wage rate for the quote.

Related to Price Pages

  • Home Page means the Borrower’s corporate home page on the World Wide Web accessible through the Internet via the universal resource locator (URL) identified as xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx or such other universal resource locator that it shall designate in writing to the Agent as its corporate home page on the World Wide Web.

  • Pricing Pages means the schedule of prices, estimated order quantity, and totals contained in wvOASIS or attached hereto as Exhibit A, and used to evaluate the Solicitation responses.

  • Pricing Page means the pages, contained in wvOASIS or attached as Exhibit A, upon which Vendor should list its proposed price for the Contract Items.

  • Web Page means a document on the Internet which may be viewed in its entirety without leaving the applicable distinct URL address.

  • Title Page means, for a printed book, the title page itself, plus such following pages as are needed to hold, legibly, the material this License requires to appear in the title page. For works in formats which do not have any title page as such, “Title Page” means the text near the most prominent appearance of the work’s title, preceding the beginning of the body of the text.

  • Contract Signature Page(s) means the cover page(s) that the Department and Contractor sign.

  • Cover Page means the top page of the original solicitation on which the solicitation is identified by number. Offerors are cautioned that Amendments may modify information provided on the Cover Page.

  • Host At Destination means the person with whom the Insured is sharing prearranged overnight accommodations in the host's home.

  • [Signature Page means the page(s) at the end of the Plan entitled "Signature Page."

  • Page means such page, section, caption, column or other part of a particular information service as may be specified for the purpose of providing a Relevant Rate, or such other page, section, caption, column or other part as may replace it on that information service or on such other information service, in each case as may be nominated by the person or organisation providing or sponsoring the information appearing there for the purpose of displaying rates or prices comparable to that Relevant Rate.

  • Tier 3 Wire Centers means those Qwest Wire Centers that do not meet the criteria for Tier 1 or Tier 2 Wire Centers.

  • Subscription Amount means, as to each Purchaser, the aggregate amount to be paid for Shares and Warrants purchased hereunder as specified below such Purchaser’s name on the signature page of this Agreement and next to the heading “Subscription Amount,” in United States dollars and in immediately available funds.

  • Return Destination means the place to which the Insured expects to return from his/her Trip as shown in the Application.

  • Bloomberg Screen SOFRRATE Page means the Bloomberg screen designated “SOFRRATE” or any successor page or service;

  • Telerate Page means the display on Bridge Telerate, Inc., or any successor service, on the page or pages specified on the face hereof, or any replacement page or pages on that service.

  • Delivery Address means the address stated on the Order.

  • Designated CMT Telerate Page means the display on Moneyline Telerate, or any successor service, on the page designated on the face hereof or any other page as may replace that page on that service for the purpose of displaying Treasury Constant Maturities as reported in H.15(519). If no page is specified on the face hereof, the Designated CMT Telerate Page shall be 7052, for the most recent week.

  • Block means to reject a particular transaction before or during proc- essing, but it does not require freezing or otherwise prohibiting subsequent transfers or transactions regarding the proceeds or account.

  • Suction outlet means the opening or fitting through which the water under negative pressure is drawn from the pool or spa.

  • Tier 2 Wire Centers means those CenturyLink Wire Centers that are not Tier 1 Wire Centers, but contain at least three (3) Fiber-based Collocators, at least twenty-four thousand (24,000) Business Lines, or both. Once a Wire Center is determined to be a Tier 2 Wire Center, that Wire Center is not subject to later reclassification as a Tier 3 Wire Center.

  • Acceptance Window shall have the meaning specified in paragraph 2B(5).

  • Moneyline Telerate Page 3750 The display page currently so designated on the Moneyline Telerate Information Services, Inc. (or any page replacing that page on that service for the purpose of displaying London inter-bank offered rates of major banks).
