Evidence Supporting Claim 1.1.1 When taking leave for personal illness or injury, the employee must, if required by the Company, establish by production of a medical certificate or statutory declaration, that the employee was unable to work because of injury or personal illness.
Historical Documents Prior to the Disaffiliation Date, the Local Church will work with the Archives for the Annual Conference to turn over originals or acceptable copies (whether hard copy or electronic) of church archives, membership rolls, and other historical documents related to funerals, baptisms, weddings, minutes, etc., of the Local Church for archiving with the Annual Conference.
Documents The Warrant Agent shall be protected and shall incur no liability for or in respect of any action taken or omitted by it in reliance upon any Warrant Certificate, notice, direction, consent, certificate, affidavit, statement or other paper or document reasonably believed by it to be genuine and to have been presented or signed by the proper parties.

Any such agreement or document must not be construed to deprive the State of its sovereign immunity, or of any legal requirements, prohibitions, protections, exclusions or limitations of liability applicable to this Contract or afforded to the State by Minnesota law. A State employeeâs decision to choose âacceptâ or an equivalent option associated with a âclick- throughâ agreement does not constitute the Stateâs concurrence or acceptance of terms, if such terms are in conflict with this section. Referenced Documents 2.3.1 Unless the context shall otherwise specifically require, and subject to Section 21, whenever any provision of this Agreement refers to a technical reference, technical publication, CLEC Practice, SBC-13STATE Practice, any publication of telecommunications industry administrative or technical standards, or any other document specifically incorporated into this Agreement (collectively, a âReferenced Instrumentâ), it will be deemed to be a reference to the then-current version or edition (including any amendments, supplements, addenda, or successors) of each Referenced Instrument that is in effect, and will include the then-current version or edition (including any amendments, supplements, addenda, or successors) of any other Referenced Instrument incorporated by reference therein.
