Premium Reimbursement for Part-time employees. 29 A part-time employee who works a minimum of one-hundred-twenty- 30 eight (128) hours during two (2) consecutive payroll periods will be reimbursed for the 31 difference between the part-time employee contribution and the full time employee 2 elected County offered medical and/or dental plans. A part-time employee who has 3 elected the Kaiser Maintenance plan will be reimbursed for the amount of their part- 4 time employee contribution (because this plan does not have a full time equivalent 5 plan). There is no reimbursement available to employees who have elected the Major 6 Medical plan or opt out. Any such premium reimbursements made to the employee 7 will be adjusted for appropriate taxes. 8 “Work” for purposes of this section is defined as regular hours worked, 9 overtime hours worked (counted on a straight time bases for meeting this hourly 10 requirement) and other paid time such as vacation, sick. Shift-swap time coded TX01 11 is not eligible for consideration.
