Reimbursement Eligibility. To be eligible for reimbursement, the employee must have successfully completed the course with a grade of "C" or better. Reimbursement will be made within thirty (30) days following receipt of the following information:

Reimbursement Eligibility. 18 Three-Quarter Time and Half-Time employees shall be eligible 19 for premium reimbursement if they work the minimum required number of hours for each 20 of at least four (4), but not more than twelve (12) consecutive pay periods. The four (4) or 21 more pay periods used for calculation are considered a single qualifying block of time.
Reimbursement Eligibility. 1. To be eligible for reimbursement, a unit member must have completed a minimum of one (1) full school year of bargaining unit service in the District.
Reimbursement Eligibility. Requests for reimbursement for project costs will be paid to the Pueblo, City of upon presentation of invoice(s) to the State for eligible costs incurred after the date of execution of this Grant through and within the limits of this Grant. Grantees must bill the State for the state share specified within the provisions set forth in Paragraph F: Procurement or as otherwise specified by the State prior to the receipt of capital equipment. The state share must be paid to the vendor whether or not the Grantee has received the reimbursement from the State. Grantees who fail to ensure quick payment to vendors will be designated as a “High Risk Grantee” and could receive lower scores in future grant applications.
Reimbursement Eligibility. The mileage reimbursement rate shown above shall only be paid to the employee- owner of the vehicle regardless of the number of employees making the trip. The mileage traveled shall be determined from the odometer reading of the motor vehicle or from reliable road maps.
Reimbursement Eligibility. All course work must be normally taken outside of regular work hours on the bargaining unit employee’s own time. Tuition reimbursement is for tuition and up to $100 for fees per semester and does not include reimbursement for books, or other related expenses. Employees of the bargaining unit may receive reimbursement for up to nine (9) credit hours per year with a limit of three (3) credit hours per semester. Tuition reimbursement will be based on current in-state undergraduate tuition costs and course specific fees at Eastern Michigan University.
Reimbursement Eligibility. Requests for reimbursement for eligible project costs will be paid to City of Pueblo upon submission of a complete reimbursement packet in COTRAMS for those eligible costs incurred during the Grant Agreement effective dates. Reimbursement Eligibility. The Borrower and its Subsidiaries will each maintain at all times eligibility for reimbursement from Medicaid, Medicare, CHAMPUS, and any successors thereto as necessary for the operation of their respective business.
