Political Action Committee (COPE. Upon receipt of an authorization conforming to legal requirements, the University shall deduct from the pay of bargaining unit employees the amount of contribution each employee voluntarily chooses for deduction for COPE and shall transmit contributions to the Union. The employee may revoke the request at any time. At least annually, the employee shall be notified by PSE about the right to revoke the request.
