The products shall be shipped to its destination Port (Cluse 11) so shipment could reach its destination port safe and sound, from loading Port in Brazil.

POINT OF DELIVERY & INCOTERMS 2010. The delivery shall be performed by Seller after receiving the LC issued by buyer maximum after 45 days. CIF Incoterms 2010. The products shall be shipped to its destination at ANY PORT OF MAINLAND CHINA and quantity details as per Article 1. Delivery in refrigerated containers and order will arrived in exact conditions as shipped to port of destination, from loading port in Brazil.

  • Delivery Point (a) All Energy shall be Delivered hereunder by Seller to Buyer at the Delivery Point.   • DELIVERY, STORAGE, AND HANDLING The Contractor shall be responsible to inspect all components on delivery to ensure that no damage occurred during shipping or handling for furnish and installation projects. For equipment only purchases, the ordering entity shall be responsible to inspect all components on delivery. Materials must be stored in original undamaged packaging in such a manner to ensure proper ventilation and drainage, and to protect against damage, weather, vandalism, and theft until ready for installation.

  • Air Transport Services 1. For the purposes of this Article:
