Loading Port definition

Loading Port means the port of Port Hedland or if iron ore is not shipped, or is not shipped from that port, then such port (which may include the port of Port Hedland) as the Minister may determine for the purpose of this definition;
Loading Port means in the case of iron ore shipped by the Company out of the said State the port of shipment and in the case of iron ore not so shipped means a port in the said State determined by the Minister for the purpose of this definition;
Loading Port means the port at which a Cargo is loaded on board an LNG Vessel.

Loading Port means, with respect to each LNG Cargo under a Transaction, the port where such LNG Cargo shall be loaded, as nominated in or under the relevant Confirmation Notice;
