POINT OF DELIVERY & INCOTERMS 2010. The delivery shall be performed by Seller within 60 days ( last shipping Date) after receiving the LC issued by buyer’s Bank. And 90 days from LC issued to LC expired CIF Incoterms 2010. The products shall be shipped to its destination Port (Cluse 11) so shipment could reach its destination port safe and sound, from loading Port in Brazil.
