The Company acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint or otherwise select from employees in the bargaining unit having seniority, a Plant Committee comprised of not more than four (4) members, one of whom shall be the Plant Chairperson. The other three Committee persons shall be designated Zone persons and shall be selected from the employees in, and shall represent the employees in, their designated zones.
