PLANT COMMITTEE. The Company acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint or otherwise select from employees in the bar- gaining unit having seniority, a Plant Committee comprised of not more than four (4) members, one of whom shall be the Plant Chairperson. The other three Committee persons shall be designated Zone Committee-persons and shall be selected from the employees in, and shall represent the employees in, their designated Zones.
