Plant and machinery etc. All the fixed and loose plant and machinery, equipment, furniture, fittings and vehicles used by the Group at the Balance Sheet Date are reflected in the Accounts, were at the Balance Sheet Date and (except for such items as have been disposed of or realised by the Group in the ordinary course of business) remain in the absolute beneficial ownership of the Group and are free from any Encumbrance, hire or hire purchase agreement or leasing agreement or agreement for payment on deferred terms and (apart from depreciation in the ordinary course of business) their value is not less than at the Balance Sheet Date and none has been acquired for any consideration in excess of its net realisable value at the date of such acquisition or otherwise than by way of a bargain at arm's length.
