Plan and principles of action. 1. At the commencement of the cooperation negotiations concerning at least 10 employees, the employer shall present a plan of action, as provided for in chapter 8 of the Act on Co-operation within Un- dertakings. The contents of the plan shall be negotiated with the personnel representatives. The plan shall set out the applicable negotiation procedures and forms, the planned schedule and the planned principles of action to be observed in regard to job search, training and use of public employment services during the notice period. The plan shall take into account the existing norms on pro- cedures for reducing workforce.
