Photocopying/Reproduction Costs. The City will reimburse the following direct costs of copying and reproduction that cannot be handled by Contractor in-house and are sent to an outside vendor. A receipt will be required for reimbursement. All photocopies and reproductions must be double-sided unless the City’s Project Manager approves single-sided photocopies or reproduction in the reimbursement request. The Contractor shall make all attempts to use materials that are fully recyclable and contain post-consumer waste (PCW) recycled content.

Photocopying/Reproduction Costs. The City will reimburse the following direct costs of copying and reproduction that cannot be handled by Consultant in-house and are sent to an outside vendor. • Documents that must be copied at a facility (such as the Oregon Historical Society); • More than 5 copies of documents greater than 40 pages in length; and • Other copying and reproduction needs, such as maps or scanning projects, that Consultant's in-house capabilities cannot produce. A receipt will be required for reimbursement. All photocopies and reproductions must be double-sided unless the City’s Project Manager approves single-sided photocopies or reproduction in the reimbursement request.   • Collection Costs In the event collection efforts are required to obtain payment on this Account, to the extent permitted by law, You agree to pay all court costs, private process server fees, investigation fees or other costs incurred in collection and reasonable attorneys' fees incurred in the course of collecting any amounts owed under this Agreement or in the recovery of any Collateral.

  • Recover Copying Costs The Participating Institutions may impose a reasonable fee on the Authorized Users to cover costs of copying or printing portions of the Licensed Materials by or for the Authorized Users.

  • Construction Costs Under no circumstances shall the Consultant be liable for extra costs or other consequences due to unknown conditions or related to the failure of contractors to perform work in accordance with the plans and specifications.   • Telephone Expenses 1. The State shall pay nine dollars ($9.00) of the basic monthly charge when an employee is specifically required by the State to have a telephone in his or her residence, unless the telephone is provided by the State, whether as a cell phone or other device with telephonic capability that functions to the State’s satisfaction at the member’s residence. These payments shall be made on a semiannual basis in January and July and shall be prorated for those employees who become eligible or terminate State service between the semiannual payments.

  • Modification Costs Developer shall not be assigned the costs of any additions, modifications, or replacements that Connecting Transmission Owner makes to the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities or the New York State Transmission System to facilitate the interconnection of a third party to the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities or the New York State Transmission System, or to provide Transmission Service to a third party under the NYISO OATT, except in accordance with the cost allocation procedures in Attachment S of the NYISO OATT. Developer shall be responsible for the costs of any additions, modifications, or replacements to the Developer Attachment Facilities that may be necessary to maintain or upgrade such Developer Attachment Facilities consistent with Applicable Laws and Regulations, Applicable Reliability Standards or Good Utility Practice.

  • TRAVELLING ZONE EXPENSES 1.01 Work performed outside the city limits shall be termed Out-of-Town Work.

  • COSTS & EXPENSES Each party hereto shall bear its own costs in connection with the preparation, execution and delivery of this Agreement.
