Personnel Protective Equipment. The Service Provider shall provide all his/her workers with all necessary protective clothing for use at all times which facilitates their work and limits their direct contact with the sewage debris/silt material and shall ensure that, at least, the following list of personnel protective equipment is in general use:  Safety harnesses for working in confined spaces. DRAFT  Breathing apparatus for toxic gases and oxygen-deficient areas.  Hard hats where required  Gas detectors  Gloves for cut resistance.  Earmuffs or earplugs for noise from machines.  Overalls for body protection  Safety shoes/boots with steel toe caps for foot protection.  Waders and waterproof jackets.  Reflective vests The Contractor shall ensure that all workers are issued with the necessary personal protective clothing in line with Covid-19.

Personnel Protective Equipment. Where Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE) has been assessed by the Clients as a requirement for the position or for the Employees safety, the Clients will supply the Employee with PPE. PPE will be replaced on the basis of usage (if disposable) and fair wear and tear.
Personnel Protective Equipment. Personnel will be issued with personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by the relevant HOEC policy. All PPE will be the responsibility of the individual contractors. HOEC will not provide PPE to any of the contractor’s personnel unless specifically accepted by XXXX.
