Individual Contractors definition

Individual Contractors means independent contractors that are individuals and performing services for a Seller, either directly or through a business entity wholly-owned by such individual and being issued Form 1099s by one of the Sellers with respect to the fees for services provided.
Individual Contractors. Means all individuals contracted directly by FNESC to provide services for FNESC, its clients and the individuals it serves.
Individual Contractors has the meaning provided such term in Section 3.12(b).

A responsible vendor is a vendor who has adequate financial resources (or the ability to obtain such resources), can comply with the delivery requirements, and is a qualified and established firm regularly engaged in the type of business that provides the product(s) /service(s) listed herein.

  • Major Subcontractor means a Subcontractor who enters into a Major Subcontract.

  • O&M Contractor means the person, if any, with whom the Concessionaire has entered into an O&M Contract for discharging O&M obligations for and on behalf of the Concessionaire;

  • Contractor means the individual or entity, that has entered into this contract with the Commonwealth.
