Personal Business Sick Leave. 1. Each teacher will have ten (10) days a year allotted as sick days, immediate family illness days and/or personal business day with unlimited accumulation. These days may be used for personal illness, illness in the immediate family, and/or personal business which shall mean an activity that requires the teacher's presence during the school day and is of such a nature that it cannot be attended to at a later time when school is not in session or at the conclusion of a work day or on weekends. Vacation time is not to be regarded as personal business days.
