Periodic Statements Audits. (a) On or before fifteen (15) days following the end of each month during the term of this Agreement, Agent shall deliver or cause to be delivered to Owner a summary of Gross Receipts and disbursements for the preceding calendar month and the Fiscal Year to date showing variances from the approved Budget;

Periodic Statements Audits. (a) On or before ten (10) days following the end of each calendar month, Manager shall deliver or cause to be delivered to Owner (i) an unaudited income and expense statement showing the results of operation of the Project for the preceding calendar month and the Fiscal Year to-date; (ii) a comparison of actual income and expenses with the income and expenses projected in the Budget; and (iii) cash balances for reserves and operating accounts as of the last day of such month. Manager shall at its option (i) preserve all invoices for a period for four (4) years, or (ii) at the expiration of each Fiscal Year deliver all invoices to Owner. Such statements and computations shall be prepared from the books of account of the Project.

Periodic Statements Audits. (a) On or before ten (10) days following the end of each month during the term of this Agreement, Property Manager shall deliver or cause to be delivered to Owner (i) a summary of Gross Receipts (and any other income, receipts, proceeds or revenue pertaining to the Property) and disbursements for the preceding calendar month and the Fiscal Year to date; (ii) a rental delinquency schedule; (iii) a monitoring statement comparing Budget items to actual expenses incurred; (iv) copies of bank statements and bank reconciliations for all accounts held for or on behalf of Property and/or Owner; (v) income statements; and (vi) a Balance Sheet showing cash on hand and in bank accounts, cash advances from Owner and cash distributions to Owner.

  • Periodic Statements Transfers and withdrawals made through any debit card transactions, audio response transactions, preauthorized EFTs, online/PC transactions, mobile access device transactions or xxxx payments you make will be recorded on your periodic statement. You will receive a statement monthly unless there is no transaction in a particular month. In any case, you will receive a statement at least quarterly.

  • Periodic Statement Each month we will send you a periodic statement for each Credit Card account you have with us covering the previous billing period. We may not send you a statement if your balance is zero and there were no transactions during the billing period. The statement will have a "Statement Closing Date" and a "Payment Due Date," and will show, among other things, your "Previous Balance," your "New Balance," and your minimum monthly payment, which will be shown as "Minimum Payment Due." The periodic statement is part of this Agreement. If you choose to receive periodic statements electronically, the statements will be deemed to have been sent to you when they are first made available for you to view online.

  • Year-End Statements As soon as available and in any event within 5 days after the same is filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (but in no event later than 90 days after the end of each fiscal year of the Borrower), the audited consolidated balance sheet of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries as at the end of such fiscal year and the related audited consolidated statements of income, shareholders’ equity and cash flows of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries for such fiscal year, setting forth in comparative form the figures as at the end of and for the previous fiscal year, all of which shall be (a) certified by the chief financial officer or chief accounting officer of the Borrower, in his or her opinion, to present fairly, in accordance with GAAP and in all material respects, the financial position of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries as at the date thereof and the result of operations for such period and (b) accompanied by the report thereon of Ernst &Young LLP or any other independent certified public accountants of recognized national standing, whose certificate shall be unqualified and who shall have authorized the Borrower to deliver such financial statements and certification thereof to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders pursuant to this Agreement. Together with such financial statements, the Borrower shall deliver a report, certified by the chief financial officer or chief accounting officer of Borrower, in form and detail reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, setting forth the Net Operating Income for each Property for such fiscal year.

  • Interim Statements As soon as available, but in no event later than thirty (30) days after the end of each month, Borrower’s balance sheet and profit and loss statement for the period ended, prepared by Borrower.
