Periodic Statements Audits. (a) On or before fifteen (15) days following the end of each calendar month, Manager shall deliver or cause to be delivered to Owner for each of Xxxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx Park and Homeowners (i) an unaudited income and expense statement showing the results of operation of the applicable component of the Project for the preceding calendar month and the Fiscal Year to date; (ii) a comparison of actual income and expenses with the income and expenses projected in the Budget; and
