Periodic Medical Examinations. 4A.1 An employee required to take a periodic medical examination (which may include one visit to the hospital for x-rays) during their off duty hours shall be allowed payment therefore of 144 kilometers. In cases where the employee is required to make one or more additional visits to the doctor's office, the lab, or the hospital in connection with the periodic medical examination, an additional 48 kilometers will be allowed.
