PERIOD OF OPERATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall, in terms of section 31 of the Act, become binding on the above parties on 1 July 2016 and for non-parties on such a date as may be determined by the Minister of Labour in terms of section 32 of the Act and shall remain in force for the period ending 30 June 2018.
PERIOD OF OPERATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall come into operation on such date as may be fixed by the Minister of Labour in terms of section 32 (2) of the Act, and shall remain in force until 31 August 2012. This Agreement shall bind the parties and their members and shall remain effective beyond the expiry date determined by the Minister or until the parties agree otherwise.
PERIOD OF OPERATION OF AGREEMENT. This agreement will operate from the date of its approval by the Commission until 1 July 2008. Negotiations for a new agreement may commence 4 months prior to expiry of this agreement.
PERIOD OF OPERATION OF AGREEMENT. 1.2.1 This agreement becomes binding on the employers and employees referred to in sub-clause 1.1.1. (a) and (b) once it is extended to non-parties by the Honourable Minister of Employment and Labour, in terms of Section 32 of the Labour Relations Act, 66 of 1995, from a date determined by the Honourable Minister of Employment and Labour.

This Agreement shall come into operation on such date as may be fixed by the Minister of Labour in terms of section 32 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, and shall remain in force until 30 April 2016. PERIOD OF OPERATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall, in terms of section 31 of the Act, become binding on the above parties on 1 May 2023 and shall remain in force for the period ending 30 April 2026.
PERIOD OF OPERATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall come into operation on such date as may be fixed by the Minister of Labour in terms of clause 32 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, and shall remain in force until 30 June 2011. PERIOD OF OPERATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall be binding on the above parties and non-parties from 30 March 2020 and shall remain in force for the period ending 30 April 2023. The period of operation for amendments to this Combining Main Collective Agreement will be as per the individual published Government Gazettes and shall remain in force until 30 April 2023.
PERIOD OF OPERATION OF AGREEMENT. The Agreement will commence seven days after Fair Work Commission approval and will nominally expire on 31 March 2024.
PERIOD OF OPERATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall come into operation on the seventh day after the Agreement is approved by the Fair Work Commission (FWC) and shall remain in force until 30 June 2025 and thereafter in accordance with the Fair Work Act 2009.
